It's absolutely crazy to see how much of a difference hard work and determination can make! It's always good to take pictures to track your progress as sometimes the scale can be disheartening and discouraging. I have learned that you got to enjoy life a lil and not feel guilty...have the chocolate or the beer it’s ok once in a while but not all the time. I still have a long way to go but I'm so proud of how far I've come! 😁💪
So with our year together I lost 35 pounds, four inches from my waist & gained an overall strengthening of my two big problem areas: back and knees. For a man in his 50s, this is amazing! I have no pain, I am stronger, I have more energy & my diet is a hell of a lot better! To do all this and still balance the rest of life is great!"
🌟 Hey there! 👋 I'm a certified CanFit Pro personal trainer, boot camp, and bounce fitness instructor. With a background in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies (CRDS) and a previous career as a physio and occupational therapist assistant, my journey into health and well-being started early.
Navigating through the beautiful chaos of new motherhood (my little one is almost 1 year old now!), I'm passionate about keeping health and fitness goals in check. From rocking the stage as a figure pro athlete to crushing it at the gym and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, I believe health and fitness are a lifestyle, not a fad.

I've been privileged to be a Bio Edge-sponsored athlete and hold a Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Nutrition certificate, allowing me to offer the best advice and products to my clients.
