Start with a 45-minute mat Pilates class to energize and strengthen your body, followed by a 30-minute Bible study, all paired with a delicious healthy protein shake.

What to Bring: Water and Bible — no mat required!

To learn proper Strength training for runners, warm ups and stretches to avoid any injuries during your run, jog, or walk.

This is not a walk/jog this is a strength training class to help on your walks/ runs.

Any levels welcomed
You do not have to be training for a marathon to join 💗
