
When I turned to Shane for help, I was have difficulty losing weight. In fact, I was slowly gaining weight even though my diet had not changed. I tried cycling and weight lifting but this did not reduce my weight. Shane introduced me to “counting macros” and put an individual plan together for me based on my physical activities. Using the Macro goals he set for me, I started losing weight. I met my weight loss goal of 10 pounds in a few months and have managed to keep it off!
